Introduction
The heat network heaters include two types: basic heat network heaters and peak heat network heaters. They are one of the main equipment in thermal power plants, and their main function is to use steam extracted from the turbine or new steam from the boiler as a heat source to heat the return water in the pipeline network to meet user requirements. This achieves combined heat and power generation and improves the thermal economy of the system. Basic heat network heaters operate throughout the entire heating period and can meet the temperature requirements for water during most of the heating period. During the coldest winter period, a higher heating water temperature is required, so the outlet water from the basic heat network heater is further heated by another heat network heater connected in series with it, known as the peak heat network heater, which is only used during the coldest times.
Our company has been producing heat network heaters for many years, with heat exchange areas ranging from 40m² to 3000m², and has now formed a series of products. The products are divided into three categories: high-efficiency heat exchange tube heat network heaters and ordinary steel pipe heat network heaters. Among them, the high-efficiency heat exchange tube heat network heaters use stainless steel and copper heat exchange tubes, which have advantages such as high thermal efficiency and automatic descaling.
